Here at Kids on King, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may contact us if you have any questions or need our service. Please let us know if you need your package specially wrapped or if we may include a gift card. We ship via UPS and offer all services.

REFUND, RETURNS and CANCELLATION POLICIES:
INTERNET ORDERS*: All products must be returned within 10 days of purchase in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all hang tags still attached, along with a copy of your original receipt. A credit card number and mailing address must be enclosed so we may refund your card and mail the return receipt to you. Kids on King will not refund any shipping and handling charges. SPECIAL ORDERS AND SPECIAL OCCASION ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

To return items, please use a carrier with insurance and tracking. We will not be responsible for items being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

*Please note, our internet return policy is separate and different from our in-store return policy. Purchases made in-store are subject to our four day return policy, as stated on our store receipt.
